3. User Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person may only maintain one account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Orders and Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• Payment must be made at the time of order or upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).
• Delivery charges may apply based on order value and location.

5. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control.
• You must provide accurate delivery address and be available to receive the order.
• If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Perishable items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Products are sold by independent sellers through our platform. While we strive to ensure quality, GoInstant is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by sellers. Issues with product quality should be reported immediately.
