How to Request a Return

  1. Go to Orders: Navigate to your order history in the app or website.
  2. Select the Order: Find the order containing the item you want to return.
  3. Request Return: Click on "Return/Refund" and select the reason.
  4. Upload Photos: Take clear photos of the product issue for verification.
  5. Submit: Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours.

Important Notes

  • Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please retain the original packaging until the return is processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
  • For COD orders, bank account details will be required for refund processing.
