How to Request a Return
- Go to Orders: Navigate to your order history in the app or website.
- Select the Order: Find the order containing the item you want to return.
- Request Return: Click on "Return/Refund" and select the reason.
- Upload Photos: Take clear photos of the product issue for verification.
- Submit: Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours.

Important Notes
- Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please retain the original packaging until the return is processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
- For COD orders, bank account details will be required for refund processing.
